Dr. Rich Griffith has been teaching at Toccoa Falls College since 2016. Dr. Griffith is the Associate Professor of Youth Ministry and has served as the Online Coordinator for the Ministry Leadership Department. Both his M.A. Th. is in Youth Ministry and Doctorate (Youth, Family and Culture) are from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dr. Griffith completed a second M.A. in Organizational Leadership right here from TFC (2022). Dr. Griffith has also developed the Youth and Family Doctor of Ministry program for South College and serves on the Board of the Association of Youth Ministry Educators.

Rich is a frequent Speaker for a variety of Conferences such as D6family Ministries, LIFE, NEXT and other ministry and leadership conferences. He is a published Author in a variety of Zondervan and Youth Specialties materials, a writer for RootedMinistry.com His book, “Voices: Helping Our Children and Youth Listen to Wise Counsel” will be published in December 2023. Dr. Griffith is also a part-time Pastor at a local church and a dad to three sons.
