Sabrina Beasley McDonald has been writing about God’s plan for marriage and family for over 19 years. In 2010, her husband, best friend, and father of her children was killed in a car accident, leaving her the single mother of a toddler and newborn baby. Three years later, she married Robbie McDonald, also widowed, and father of teenage and adult sons. The four children span 20 years in age.

Since that time, Sabrina speaks and writes about the effects of grief, the nature of blended families, and the redemptive work of God’s plan for the family. Her writing has been featured in FamilyLife and Focus on the Family publications.

Sabrina is currently working on a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University. She is the author of several devotional books, including Write God In Deeper: Journal Your Way to a Richer Faith, and a book for single women who long to be married called The Blessings of Loneliness.
