Main Session & Breakout Presenter

Gayla serves on staff with FamilyLife Blended® as a writer and a speaker and hosts the monthly livestream Women & Blended Families. She is the author of three books, including a forthcoming one, Beautifully Blended: 101 Devotions for Stepfamily Couples.  She holds a master’s degree in Psychology and Counseling and has ministered to stepfamilies for more than two decades.

Gayla’s greatest joy? “My Lord and my family.” Married to Randy for 29 years, their his, hers, and ours family of five adult kids has grown to include two daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law, and two beautiful grandbabies. She credits the Lord for redeeming relationships after a rocky start as a blended family and now endeavors to equip and encourage stepfamily couples.

Randy and Gayla reside in Conway, AR, and love to travel, hike, rock grandbabies, and savor good coffee on their front porch.
