Tim is Founder and President of Nonprofit DNA, a development and consulting agency. Currently, he leads Blended Not Broken, a resource ministry assisting blended families. He is the author of Donors Are People Too and What Have I Gotten Myself Into.

Oliva, both a stepchild and a stepmom, is a mentor to young women. Starting each day with her Bible, prayer and journal; many of the devotionals and prayers from Tim & Olivia’s recent book, Blending, come straight from her journal. 

Together, Tim & Olivia share six children and make their home near Kansas City, MO.
